Roopal Bhatt is gorgeous, inside and out! Her staff is so considerate, calm, and competent in both the Four Corners and Mueller locations! I have been Dr. Bhatt's patient for more than a decade; she is responsible for my continuous youthful countenance, my education about procedures and products - and she never gets it wrong! Being a physician is often times a really difficult vocation, but you would never know it during an appointment with Roopal. She often has challenging patients to deal with, lengthy days with issues like insurance and rescheduling - but she and her staff never fail to give 100% to each patient. In a high volume, high caliber office patients may have long wait times, so it's up to us patients to give physicians our respect and patience because they are there for us, every time. Roopal is one of the best for us, one of the gentle giants of medicine.

Seen half hour late which I understand and no points off for that. Staff would not give me biopsy results until third call in 3 days even though it was benign with a different reason each time.
