I am definitly changing doctors. I had an early morning appointment for a check up. I brought everything thing that I needed for my appointment and I was early. Waited for my time 30 mins after my appointment time I was called to pay my copayment, which they verified my insuarance incorrectly (now I have nothing but problems when I file other claims) made me pay my copay which I should have had to pay since I double coverage. Waited about another 30 mins in the waiting room. Was finally called back to a patient room. Received the rountine vitals and etc.... sent into a room where his nurse was very rude and incompassionate. Waited in the treatment room for 1 hour was about ready to leave when he finally came into see me. He asked why I came in, family history, past illnesses, etc.. which was very wierd to me considering I have been there numerous times. Come to find out they lost my whole patient chart, which had all my records since I was born(which I brought when I moved here)

I have been seeing Dr. Snell for almost 6 months now and I adore him. He is an excellent doctor who addresses my issues and concerns and works hard to find the answers. He is very thorough in his diagnostics and I trust him with my life (obviously). I just can not recommend him enough. I believe if you choose Dr. Snell for your primary care doctor you have made the best choice in Orlando.

Dr. Snell appears to be professional and seems to be knowledgeable about the basics. In my experience, his demeanor was inconsistent from visit to visit. One visit he was personable and took the time to listen and ask questions while at another visit I felt like he wanted me in and out. This could have been as a result of how the office is managed not his personal style of care but either way I didn't care for how it made me feel. He seems effective for routine illness and injuries and appears like a genuinely nice guy. I switched to another doctor based on a friend's recommendation to get more consistent personalized care. I would return to his care if I had to but I think I have found someone a little better for now.

I really like Dr. Snell, he has an excellent bedside manner and really listens. I'm VERY picky about doctors and I think he's great!

Appointment line staff is rude. Office staff is not knowledgable about insurance even when you have gone several times! Just don't go to the bad doctor!
