The staff is extremely rude! Some lady named JOE is the most racist and the rudest person I have came across from. She should not be allowed to work in that office, patients go there and give a good amount of money for the staff to treat them less than what they think they are. She mistreated a patient while I was there! Who does this!? DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The dr saw how a patient was treated and he did nothing to address the issue. Lack of professionalism!!! Ignorant people

This rating is for the staff mainly and somewhat Dr. M. The doctor treated my wife for nasal issues and recommended a nose spray. We went for a follow up and he charged us $75 to recommend another nose spray. Why would he not tell us to buy this if the other did not work. I have never encountered that. I called multiple times to multiple staff members. They refuse to return my call. This is pure greed and why I feel doctors are overpaid. They did not care that I am unemployed. I will never go back and the people that work there should feel poorly about their contribution to medicine and society overall.

Dr. McNally should not be practicing. First they make you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes or more. Then they take you in a room to wait even longer. When he does come in, he won't let you speak because he's too busy using a microphone to dictate his notes. Then he'll walk out of the room and leave your there sitting even longer, while he attends to other patients! He has no bedside manner and feels that he already knows what's wrong with you even though he won't let you say anything. He also forgets a lot of things even though the notes are right in front of him. He has misdiagnosed me a few times as well, once by sending me home with antibiotics for a urine infection when in fact I was full of kidney stones and was rushed to the hospital. I started seeing his nurse practitioner just so that I wouldn't have to see him. I have since moved away but I would never recommend Dr. McNally to anyone. He needs to RETIRE!!!

I visited Dr. McNally for a cold. His bedside manor was aloof, disengaged and unfeeling. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. McNally for over twenty years and I think he is extremely competent and knowledgable. He is busy at times and the wait is sometimes too long but he is thorough and easy to talk to. He keeps abreast of all new research and developments n the medical field. I would recommend him highly (and have recommended him to friends).

This doctor is the absolute worst. He doesn't listen to his patients, he doesn't care what information you have to offer because he's already formulated his own opinions which are obviously more important than yours. He makes you wait forever, would have popped in, misdiagnosed my medical concerns and popped out without even asking if I have any questions had I not stopped him to voice my concern over the utter lack of care I felt I had just received, and was even indignant that I dared to try to interrupt him during his long monologue of diagnosis that was completely off the mark, and how dare I interrupt him to attempt to offer him some additional points that I felt he had missed, because obviously my views and concerns were of no concern to him. I would not recommend Dr McNally to ANYONE, and I mean that.

The wait time is ridicously long because he overbooks. He doesnt take women seriously. Said I have migraines because my neck is too skinny. When I asked for a HIV test, stated straight people didnt get hiv. Wanted me to take my shirt off because I had a sinus infection. gross and creepy

I waited so long that I finally left without seeing the doctor. Many patients came in after me and were seen before me. None of the staff could tell me why...
