Do NOT go to this clinic.......We have had Dr Lana Narag for many years. We follwed her and her husband from Silver Springs to Reno then Fallon at the Physicians Center at Banner then now their own practice. Im here to tell you that she used to care about the kids and parents. She used to spend time with myself and children. She will act like she absolutely loves you.She is fake. She has let her practice go.She is very mean to her staff.I personally know that her family that worked for her and others that have moved on as well as current staff are all walking and have walked on eggshells because she is pretty unpredictable and mean to them. I have seen her yell at her nurses and staff so if you think that her staffare rude or unprofessinional then you now know why. I wish that the Narags were the way that they used to be. I must move on and find a new doctor. My family will move on also. Please do not be fooled by her kindness at first. She has become rude and interupts. She then praises you for being a good mom and doing a great job.She will give you a hug and your kids a hug,but one misdiagnoses is acceptable if it nothing major,a second, third and forth...Not acceptable! Alot of test are done in office and others ordered. She will send you to Banner Hospital for additional test. She will make you believe that she is being cautious and caring . It has become all about money and rushing patients through.

I will NEVER take my kids to see this doctor again. When I told her the medicine she prescribed would not work she told me it was protocol to give them that antibiotic but if it did not work I could call in and she would give them a different one. After 10 days and it not working I called in to have her prescribe the correct antibiotic because the other one did not work she said I needed to come back in and be charged AGAIN after being charge over $180 the fist time. I said I did not mind bringing my kid in again to show the antibiotic which I said would not work DID NOT work but I did not want to be charged another $180 for something I already told her. I was then told I would have to pay again regardless. Needless to say took my kid to urgent care will find a new pediatrician and Never step in that office again. Please save yourself time and money do not go here.

My children are new patients of Dr. Narag and so far I am completely pleased with the service and treatment my children have received. Dr. Narag and her staff have been courteous, professional and helpful. All my questions have been answered and phone calls returned in a timely manner. Very glad to have found her and will continue to take my children to her!

In general Dr,Narag seems to care..but that unfortunately is depicted by your insurance carrier. Ive witness same situation be handle very differently and it all stemed from insurance carrier. Dr.Narag is quick to judge others.. Ive witnessed a time were a same sex couple brought their kids after the couple left the staff was told to wipe down "that" room. Ive never meet someone who pretends to be so christian like all as a front... She rotates through staff you never know who will be there next time..sounds like "Micromanagement". when even I believe their own family didnt stay long...Im glad to hear the local hospital has Peds Dr.s.. Great to know Fallon doesnt have to settle.

Her staff is unfriendly and you are made to feel like herded cattle. I assume if Dr allowed others to do theirs jobs in a perfessional manner her clinic wouldnt be known for lack of courteous and people wouldnt feel shes only in our town for money.. I do believe she's has LOST the TURE meaning of why she become a Dr in the first place....

Yes, her office staff can be ... indifferent?. I've been irritated at the front desk girls a few times but Dr. Narag, herself, is absolutely wonderful. She's done more for our little family than any other doctor in this state. She truly cares about her patients and they in turn tend to love her. I wish she had better resources in Fallon but being from Reno she seems to have plenty of reach. She ALWAYS makes time to see your kid if they're sick and she even WAITED on results and called me over and over way after hours(storm messed up cell service) to make sure I knew all was well with my child. I sure do miss her old assistant but her new one isn't too bad, just obviously new.
