In 30 years of going to doctors this is by far the worst. Completely NOT accommodating office staff, inflexible, unfriendly, doctor does not listen, does not spend any time with you, she is condescending, a SUPER know it all. SO flipping unpleasant. Such a pain to change doctors after just a few months but I've got to. Can't believe she went to BU. Her partner is great though. Dr. Bessem Hanna. Unfortunately you have to deal with the same office staff. Oh, and the nurse? Tammy or Tracey? Full on talks about patients behind the desk. Had to listen to a whole conversation about how "idiotic" she thought one one of the patients was. Very unprofessional staff and closed minded doctor.
