Loved the doctor, but billing staff was not helpful and rude.

I agree,avoid this doctor I saw his p.a twice but was still charged at a specialist price.

Avoid!! Not willing to answer questions just orders test at every appt. test that could have been order at the last appt. so that you would have answers at your current appt. that are at least 3 weeks or more apart. If you ask a question he thinks you are questioning his credentials and gets defensive. Sometimes people are going through stuff for the first time and just want to be informed what he is looking for and why. He offers no explanation for his testing and you find out your having them from the nurse at end of appt. After he has gone to next patient. Very unprofessional and insensitive. Found stuff in my medical record that he said he did, but didn't and symptoms I said I had, but didn't. Had me do an expensive test looking for confirmation of symptoms I did not have. Very frustrating waste 1/2 year and no answers because he won't listen to symptoms and do those test.

Avoid this doctor. He is not interested in helping you-he only wants to see you every few months for more tests which will leave you with no answers and empty pockets.
