After suffering with plantar fasciitis for 3 months, hoping it would heal on its own, I finally broke down and made an appt with Dr Roberson. Although I was very nervous about needing an injection in my tender foot, Dr Roberson was amazing - conscious of my hesitation & encouraging that he’d get me healed. 12 hours later and I already feel better. Not sure why I waited so long to go see him!

Staff was unattentive, rude and overall customer service was horrible. Front desk person did not even acknowledge me at the window. At one point the phone rang and she answered it . She was impatient and came across very rude. She even sighed heavily once she hung up the phone. I think this was in very poor taste to do in front of a patient in the office. At the end of my visit the person who checked me out made no eye contact and was concerned only about my co-pay rather than setting up my next appointment. I had already paid my copay at sign in. She was also not very helpful in wanting to find a date for my follow up visit that worked with my schedule. I would NOT recommend this doctor at all.

Very pleased with Dr. He listened to my concerns and did the topaz procedure on my foot. Excellent bedside manners and follow up.

Wonderful doctor, just went through foot surgery. He did a great job. I would recommend Dr. Roberson to any one. If surgery can be pleasant, that is how I would describe my experience.

This Dr. does not deserve not even the lowest rating. He seen my 18 yr daughter & over talked her when she spoke & then briefly looked at her green toes that she tried to explain the history of two other previous surgeries over the summer performed out-of-state. He would not listen to the problems or history to give a correct diagnosis or future game plan of how they need to be treated to heal & wrote her a prescription & sent her on her way. So I would say that he had poor bedside manner, unprofessional, & being that I am no online to find another local doctor...it is obvious he did not know what he was talking about and should have listened and not be so quick to just take her money & send her out the door. Her toes look even worse after the medicine he has prescribed & he needs to treat each person on a professional level & just because someone is only 18, does not mean they should not be listened to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
