I've seen Dr. Soriano for years and have always had a good experience with both her and her staff. They go out of their way to be helpful even in the details.

Had my eyes examined last year by this doctor. She was OK. Got glasses there. The "fitter" was borderline rude, had to be tracked-down from cigarette breaks, scratched my old glasses with old cleaning rag. New glasses were wrong and gave me headaches/vertigo. Took them back and was told they were right and "just wear them and give them a chance". Took them back again and office manager would not let me see doctor about script (made me come in before patient hours so I couldn't case a scene). Used-up my insurance benefits for the year and glasses were no good. This month, went to a different doc I had used before,for new exam. Script was dramatically different (LESS powerful). He examined glasses from Dr Soriano and said they were wrong, script was wrong-no wonder I had problems with them. New glasses from him are perfect, glasses from Dr Soriano- crap!
