Had the most miserable surgery with absolutely zero concern for my comfort. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner from any Dr. I felt as though Steve Martin did the procedure just to cause severe pain for his pleasure. Staff uncaring as well. Beware of the arbirtration agreement they try to sneak in for you to sign while you are coming out of surgery as well.

I went to see Dr. Ventura after moving to Tooele and experiencing horrific sinus headaches. He was the only name when I asked around for recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed to have relief. After the septoplasty, I experienced several complications, but not only was he very responsive, caring, and patient, so was his staff. What a find on our side of the mountain!

Told me I needed surgery, help my snoring. I snore louder and always dry with nose bleeds. When I eat certain foods it comes out my nose. Horrible, tried complaining and he just rushes me out his office.

After seeing many Dr.'s and several rounds of Antibiotics, I took my daughter to see Dr. Ventura. He looked up her now and immediatly knew what was wrong. Chronic Sinusitis. He sent her for a CT and found out that she was infected clear down to the back molars in her mouth. She needed a septoplasty, adenoids removed and a complete sinus wash. He couldn't understand how she was still standing. She was deviated 95% on one side. He was very knowledgable, he was gentle with her, removing the packing he was very gentle and talked to her and explained everything that he was going to do and why. His post op instructions were clear, and the staff responded quickly when I had a concern. I never had any doubts or concerns about him or his staff. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

I took my husband in to get him looked at by Dr. Ventura after so many good recommendations. He exceeded my expectations! He knew exactly what was wrong and my husband ended up getting his septum fixed. My husband can now breath and i can get a good nights rest. The staff was warm and welcoming. He did take a little long to see us but took just as long with us in explaining everything . This doctor is very knowledgeable and will be returning if im ever in need of assistance again.

I honestly don't know how this office keeps any clients. My son was supposed to get tubes from Dr. Ventura. I had a bad feeling at the consultation. The assistant that took us to the room did not introduce herself nor the man following her around. She made no eye contact as she very quickly went through the list of questions. Dr. Ventura was in and out very quickly as if we didn't matter. I scheduled the surgery and was told to come in a week later to fill out paper work for the surgery. I got off work late and wasn't sure if I'd make it in time so I called and let them know and asked if I needed to reschedule the woman told me "make it by 5" I called back 45 min later to ask if they could wait or reschedule I was told "get here as soon as you can and we'll see" when I got there all lights were off and nobody was there. NEEDLESS to say I found a different doctor. The office staff does NOT make you feel welcome at all!! They are all there for a pay check and that is very clear.

Dr Ventura has put tubes in two of my kids' ears and he removed my husbands tonsils and fixed a deviated septum. In all three instances he was professional and very knowledgeable. All the surgeries were without complications. He was very good with my kids, and very good to answer questions from me and calm my concerns. My son needs his tonsils out and I am going back to Dr Ventura. He is a great doctor, I would and have recommended him to others.

Had complications after. Went to hospital. He told ER to take out clot. ER said they didn't know how. Poor attitude when he arrived. 8 days with migraine. Told me I just wanted drugs. Went to own dr. Had bad infection. Still having migraines and sinus problems. Shore like a lumber jack now. Went to see ENT Dr. in new state. Said I have a HOLE in my septum now. I feel that he can't deal with problems because he can't accept that he was not perfect. I understand that no one is perfect and not everything works out 100%. But to throw the blame where it is not due and not try to figure out what went wrong is very unprofessional. He would not listen and became defensive by accusing me of wanting narcotics. This was beyond low. Now I get to spend more money and time with another surgery to fix what has been done to me.

had sinus surgery. After surgery had some problems. Had to go to ER to have large blood clot removed. Dr did not want to come to emergency room to do it. ER staff did not know how to do it. After clot was removed went back for my checkup, explain to him I had spent all week in my dark bedroom with severe migraine headache. I was told that all I wanted was more pain medication. Went to my own doctor, got antibiotics for infection. I did not like the fact that he accused me of only wanting drugs because there was nothing wrong with me.not to mention now I snore to the point that I wake myself up at night. Not sure why I had the surgery to begin with but would not recommend having it done to anyone unless its a life or death situation.

I was exactly 15 minutes late and he wouldn't take 10 seconds to look at my nose to see if the septum healed correctly. I had to wait in the waiting room for a response for 25-30 minutes so I wasted gas driving down there just for him to tell me he wouldn't do my check up since my nose surgery was 4 weeks ago. He said he was booked for the rest of today till wednesday when there was absolutley no patients in his office the whole time i was there. The staff was OK. He doesn't spend alot of time with me because he is always in a rush to get to other patients. I Don't reccomend him to anyone!!
