I will never go back to this place because of the staff, all of them were rude except one male working up front. They talk to you like your an idiot especially the white girl that works with Dr Aguilar. I’ll never go back to this place

I'm 75 years old, semi-retired,and have been with Dr. Olsen since I moved to Yuma a little more than five years ago. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and she stays in close touch with the other practitioners in Yuma so that my treatment in her office is always coordinated with that of the specialists (cardiologist, gastroenterologist, pain management specialist)that I see. Top that off with the most pleasant and efficient staff I've ever dealt with in any doctor's office, and I feel very fortunate indeed to have found Dr. Olsen.

I feel like the bad reviewer on here simply had a bone to pick with the PA. I've been on weight management with the PA (Amanda Graham) and have been going in every month for 7 months; she has always had good advice, has gotten my prescriptions filled while I sit in there (and has always gotten them in when I've called for refills), has asked if I'd like to see specialists regarding some of my concerns, has ordered blood work, and has always been friendly and pleasant. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and As for lab results, it is NEVER a doctor's responsibility or obligation to call you regarding tests, that is the patient's responsibility and it has been that way for every doctor I've been to. I was even forewarned by Graham that "no news is not necessarily good news" and to call and check up on my tests. The staff has always been helpful and their biller has always returned my calls if I left a message (I've forgotten receipts and have had questions).

No care coordination, never called on abnormal mamm, numberous errors call in refills (by her PA who everyone gets 'shufflied' to), annual physical was a joke, coded incorrectly and after 7 months still waiting for labs to be corrected. Refused to change antibiotic for sinus/bronchial infection requiring an Urgent Care visit for appropriate care. The staff are incompetent and unfriendly, copays not applied to account (save your receipts!). Had to refer me elsewhere (dropped the ball three times) for specialist eval. Stated she was concerned about cholesteral (within normal range) while being cared for in the hospital ER and Urgent Care for lack of care from PCP. Her PA is the worst; knows everything, rude comment about my being disabled (of course your too young to be not working, so you'll be going back when?) I'm completely disabled and PA has no bedside manner, never listens, and fails to correct her errors. Don't bother going here unless you are healthy all the time.
