Absolutely the worst experience every with a doctors office. First of all you never get to see Dr. Killam. His office is staffed with nurse practitioner. . When I called to make an appointment, I was rudely interrupted before I could even tell her when I would like to come in. On my last visit, I waited 2 hours before I was seen and still never got the right medicine.

My first visit and I was treated very kindly and knowledgeably by the nurse practitioner Hugh. Then I met Dr Killam, and was sorry and glad all at once, as he has a family member with Crohn's, so he takes a special interest in it. Thank you all so much!

Wow I have been to a few doctors but this is by far the worst. The staff is completley rude and have no sense of customer service. You will be sitting in the waiting room for HOURS i KID YOU NOT! Cancel your plans, because it will litterally take at least 3 HOURS to see the Dr. If he is even in the building. Most of the times I went I Only got to the nurse who KNEW NOTHING of my condition. The front desk people are rude and the nureses are useless... DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR FIND A NEW DOCTOR! YOU MIGHT DIE IN THE WAITING ROOM.
