5 weeks of frustrating paperwork following a knee injury on replaced knee. Knot size of grapefruit on knee cap. After literally begging to get the knee checked, Sandra told me Rani said I could not see the doctor. 5 weeks of bs and then refused to be seen. My knee has a large knot on it and I'm back to starting point. Most uncaring, unproffessional doctor and crew I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Loser with capital L. Find another doctor. This one nor his office could care less.

I found this physician abrasive and not sympathetic or helpful. He did not even knock before entering the room. Instead of offering answers to possible questions, he just asked "do you have any questions?", and left it at that. There was very little verbal communication. He stood at the check out desk dictating his note into a tape player while I was there checking out. I was referred by my PCP, but have asked for a different referral. He is highly recommended, but I do not think I can work with him for a major surgery like knee replacement. I do not treat my patients the way I was treated, and I do not expect to be treated like just a cog in the wheel. Even if you see the same type of patients everyday, each one is an individual with unique situations and needs. I felt thrown into the category of "just another patient".
