honesty,as a customer, i get treated with no respect, the staff is rude and unprofessional and i speak from multiple experiences. Dr.Stracks was not only unable to answer one of my simple questions,however he also managed to make me feel dumb for asking and an attitude was given back to me. They seem to forget that I am paying them and just have no respect for me . I always hear about each of the assistants personal life as there is no barrier about what they talk about in their business workplace. I am not a fan of this doctor or anyone that works there.If you don't like kids and you don't like dental, i don't know why any of them are working there
