I also ditto all the bad reviews on this website. This is the worst run office I have ever encountered..cannot speak to anyone...and just try to make an appt.....it is next to impossible. After 1 1/2 weeks of calling and emailing trying to get an appt with no response... I actually drove to the office to speak to the scheduling desk in person to make an appt. I was turned away and told they only accept appt requests by email. I explained that no one had responded to my numerous requests. I was told sorry...we only do requests through email. Also...Their NP's are jokes. They do not listen when you tell them your medicine is not working properly...just give you the same thing over and over. I was told if you want your medicine changed....go admit yourself into Cypress Creek Hospital and then we can change it. WTF??? DONE with this practice. And I will be sure to spread the word....AVOID them at all costs.

I ditto all the bad reviews on here. My son has been part of this 'mill'. Poorly ran. You never see the actual doctor. Only his NP or assistant and all they do is prescribe meds.

Saved my life ! Have been seeing him and his nurse for several yrs. He corrected a mis diagnosis made by another doctor and I have been doing great for some time.

I have worked with this doctor and highly discourage using this psychiatrist. I was alarmed by the amount of medication he prescribes. I felt his practice of prescribing whatever the patient wants to be dangerous. I would be surprised if he has not been responsible for the death any of his patients.

Dr. Lucas has been my moms doctor for a number of years and has been prescribing her extreme amounts of xanax and other drugs. Knowing she has a tendency to abuse drugs he continues to prescribe it leaving our family with grief and heartache after the many overdoses that have resulted from this. HE SHOULD BE TURNED IN!

I echo every bad review here I have experienced it all with this practice. Horrible staff and uncaring doctor. We will never visit this office again. I think he should be reported to the medical board.

Be aware you will not get to see an MD if you are scheduled with one of his PA's. Very disturbing.

I do not recommend seeing Dr. Lucas or any of his clinicians. He doesn't return calls, is never available, always extremely late for appointments and you really don't get the feeling that you're being cared for.... I would say this place is just a mill and all they care about is money. I had a horrible experience there and had to find another doctor.

This is the most poorly run dr's office I've ever seen. Today I called and the phone rang 20 times. No one ever picked up! Yesterday, I called at 1:16 and got a message that they were on their lunch hour from 12 - 1:00. Very difficult getting through to speak to anyone. I've never had a dr"s office be so incompetent. Does Dr. Lucas know his patients are getting this poor service?

They will tell you some ungodly amount you have to pay for copay - refuse this and contact your insurance company to settle the office visit for the correct amount.
