Great doctor and great staff. It's a plus that they have an onsite MRI machine, and a physical therapy facility in the same building.

From the phone staff to the nurses, radiologists, MRI staff - this office and Dr. Cohen are helpful, kind, understanding. The fact that they have imaging facilities on the premises including a new MRI machine is so helpful - it's one stop shopping for broken/problematic bones! Physical Therapy is in the same building as well. We have used him for our entire family for years. He has treated all ages from our pre-schooler's broken arm through my husband's knee to my octogenarian parents.

Dr.Cohen has been mending my family's bones, cartilage, meniscus, etc. since 1990. His last surgery on me was January 4, 2016. Arthroscopic knee surgery. 4 days later, I am doing physical therapy and no need for pain medicine.
We have recommended him to many friends and all have thanked us.

Dr. Joel Cohen is a very talented surgeon and a pleasure to deal with.
I'm in my 50s and have only had two surgeries. The 1st was last year. After dealing with knee pain most of my adult life I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Cohen. He performed arthroscopic surgery on my right knee and it made a world of difference. I have no more issues with my knee.
Early this year I re-injured my shoulder. Again an old injury that has repeatedly returned over the years. This time the supraspinatus tendon completely tore from the humerus bone. Dr. Cohen performed arthroscopic surgery in April to reattach the tendon and repair the joint. Within only days I could finally sleep through the night without awakening in pain. I'm now following the prescribed physical therapy and my shoulder is doing great.
I would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone in need of an Orthopedic Specialist/Surgeon.
I should also mention that he has a great staff.
