Dr. Lugo is amazing! Very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping his patients achieve a good mental health. Only problem is the wait... If you have an appointment for 3pm, you'll see the doctor around 8pm or later. You can be more than 4 hours in the waiting area to see the doctor.

good doctor, but it takes hours to see him, sometimes is around 9.00 pm and I still waiting.
