Dr. Deitz-Bertke and her staff are wonderful. I feel like family whenever I'm in. Each person on her staff is perfectly suited for their job. They make you feel welcome, heard, and confident (that's important when you're getting new glasses). Dr. Deitz-Bertke is thorough in her examination and listens to me. She provides helpful advice for improving and slowing down the vision problems I have and even makes things better that I didn't know were bad (I had eye allergies-she prescribed eye drops-WOW! What a difference, I didn't know my eyes could feel this great!) She also acknowledges my family history and current health to combat other issues and problems we may face due to heredity. I also love how the staff always have rebates for my contacts, it really takes some of the burden off of me!
