I had the most upsetting experience with Dr. Jennifer Fan. I went into Advanced Radiology on Monroe Turnpike in Trumbull,CT for a repeat mammogram and an ultrasound. When I met with Dr. Fan after the procedures and asked her what showed up on the procedures she said,and I quote, “It was so “ugly”!!! When I asked what ugly meant she said, and I quote, “ It is more bad than good”!!! There was not a positive word of incouragement or kindness!!! She almost seemed pleased that my results showed abnormalities! When she walked out she seemed to almost skip out the door!
I am writing this review so that not another person has to be treated as I was at a really difficult and scary time!!! I needed some kindness and positive words of encouragement , not the scary and bizarre treatment I received from this so called professional!!!
Please address Jennifer Fan’s unprofessional and heartless behavior with a frightened and demoralized patient!!!
