Dr. Bonnie Epstein is a great dermatologist. She is devoted to her patient’s best interests and treats you with dignity and respect. One evening I learned of my son’s discomfort from a worsening rash. I called Dr. Epstein’s home number. She answered on the second ring and told me, “you did the right thing to call me.” She is an expert in diagnosing skin cancers. Dr. Epstein is everything you could ever want in a doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Epstein by my general physician and she is incredible. Incredibly professional, very nice, sincere and helpful. I'm so glad to have found her and am extremely confident in her opinions and diagnosies. There's a bit of a wait in order to get a regular/initial appointment but it's because she is one of the best dermatologists around. I booked my appointment and the receptionist was very helpful and offered to call me if there was a cancellation. I've now booked an appointment with her for my husband.

Dr. will not speak to patients on phone, insists upon office visit (but no appts available for 3 months,per secretary) even though problem was already diagnosed. Told secretary I just wanted to SPEAK to the Dr. I may as well have asked to "see the Wizard". Not helpful at all. Going elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this Dr. if you want a Dr. that actually CARES about the patient, not just billing an office visit!
