Dr Sesi is an excellent dermatologist. He has
great surgical skill and cares about patients.

The staff is very rude! I called and left 2 messages to have Dr. Sesi call me back and he never did. I don't know what to do at this point as I think the doctor is good but not receiving the messages to care for his patients!

I didn't get a chance to see the doctor... This office has the most obnoxious and rude receptionist I have ever talked to. At the end she told me that the doctor will not see my son because they are out of the network with my insurance, even though I told her I will pay cash. They refuse to bill the insurance they are out of network with, even though I have PPO and can go to any doctor. And they will not see a patient at all who has insurance they are not in network with.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Sesi. I recently called and was told since I had not been into the office in over 3 years that I would be considered a new patient. I was told the earliest 'new patient' appointment was 2 1/2 weeks away. I asked the reason that I am considered a 'new' patient and was told that it was because they now have a computer system and prior to that it was all done manually. Therefore, I am not in their system. I'm confused. Just because you get a computer system, all of your patients are new? That's a great way to lose your business. I was told that she was not trying to be difficult; it's just the way it is. If I had issues with it, I need to take it up with the doctor. This is a horrible way to treat patients!!!!!! Dr. Sesi is a great doctor. He needs a more professional office staff. I was also told that Dr. Sesi is not a provider for Aetna any more and that I would have to pay the difference.

I like Dr Sesi he has "saved" me many a time - I agree his staff is a litle rough- I learned how to deal with them and schedule my appts. late in the day so that it wont mess up the day - my whole family drives from LB to see him and he is great with my son who has Downs Syndrome -dont let his staff keep you from a good doctor

The staff is just rude and runs way behind schedule. Ask a question and Sesi's nurse will bite your head off. We changed to another doctor because the staff was too rude to deal with.

It's been 1 hour and 32 minutes of me sitting in the waiting room. Staff was super rude. I honestly couldn't believe it when I asked if we were for sure on the patient list, absolutely very defensive and I just nicely asked a question. WOW!
