we've been using Dr. Harmon for several years. We are switching due to the fact that they treat mental health as a secondary concern. Took far too long to get a mental health appointment or any sort of direction or assistance with a child that desperately needed help. Major failure on their part.

The best doctor ever! She is kind and takes time to listen to my daughter and spends a great deal of time in patient education with her, even offers solutions on organizing her notebooks and staying on task with her school work to help manage her ADHD. She is extremely thorough and truly an awesome medical "detective" at getting to a diagnosis. Her PA Laura is awesome and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. I wouldn't take my child anywhere else!

I've been taking my children to Dr. Harmon for 13 years. I have the upmost trust in Dr. Harmon and her PA. However, the office staff is always rude and make it very difficult to schedule appointments. They won't schedule an appointment more than one day out at a time! This makes it almost impossible to accommodate any one's working schedule and is the least patient focused practice I have experienced. Every time I speak to a front office employee I tell myself I am finding another doctor based on the unprofessionalism of the staff. I wonder if Dr. Harmon realizes how many people her staff have run off. Wait, you can't email or tell her because the front office won't release that information! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Love Dr. Harmon. She's amazing and would never take my kids to another doctor. You may wait a long time in the office, but that's because she will answer ALL your questions. She will work with a delayed vaccine schedule and is open to more natural parenting styles.

Dr. Harmon has been my family doctor for 24 years.She began when she first began practicing when my son (now 24) was 6 months old. She was also the doctor for my now 21 year old son and my 17 year old daughter. I now have 3 year old twins and drive 30 minutes to see her whenever necessary. I would never use another doctor for my children!

Dr. Betty Harmon is so kind and generous to my son, as well as to me and my wife! My wife and I are first time parents and Dr. Harmon always listens to everything we have to say and never once has she made us feel uncomfortable about making an appointment every time he coughs or sneezes! The nursing staff is amazing as well I will take every one of my future children here!
