I’ve been going to doctor Paley for close to 20 years, but that’s going to change. His office staff especially the office manager and the billing person are rude, uncaring, ruthless. His COVID protocols were beyond dumb. If you’re scared of a virus, you probably shouldn’t be a doctor. I’m also not sure why it mattered, because I haven’t seen Dr. Paley in forever. His nurses do all the work. My time is valuable too and I don’t deserve getting treated like a chump because his staff feels like abusing his patients.

The absolute worst customer service. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and fails to effectively communicate with patients. I requested to speak with the office manager and doctor paley on multiple ocassions and was told they refused to speak with me. They refused to see me in office for a strep test because I was close to a fever. They will drop you as a patient without any notice. You will only be seen by his nurses, unless you're lucky to see the dr, I never have. Just overall poor patient care and experience. The worst office staff I've experienced.

Still feeling out doctor and his staff. A few boo boos but understandable since they are apparently not familiar with the retired military prescription procedures. Hopefully they will get it soon. We are going to have some other doctors fill in for the areas he does not involve himself in, namely certain medications. We'll see how this goes. We are looking for a knowledgeable tour guide as our GP, maybe this guy might be the one. We'll see how 2018 goes.

I have known Dr. Paley for years. I trust him completely. He has never steered me wrong and has always been very respectful of me and my time.

Dr. Paley has been my doc for over ten years. His office has seen me through two surgeries and one significant illness. He and his Nurse Practitioners are very knowledgeable and Above All...very caring. They listen! I switched my Mom and me to him because I was tired of being rushed through an office visit in 10-15 minutes, not having all my concerns addressed. And this after waiting for 1-2 hours in a crowded waiting room! My mom was a geriatric patient with a list of problems, and they always LISTENED and addressed them. What was more impressive to me was that the Specialists we were referred to all thought very highly of him. THAT says a lot

Excellent knowledge about preventative medicine. Seems to be up to date on recent treatment options. Always great attitude. Staff and office mgr very helpful and caring. Have recommended Dr Paley to several friends and family. Excellent doctor!

This doctor listens which is great. He is concerned to know how he can help his patients . Never met a doctor who is so thorough. I have been to several doctors and thank God he was highly recommended. He is very energetic, but that is what is needed and very knowledgeable. Pleasant personality.
