Dr. Paley is easy to like and seems to know what he is doing. Always ready for a good joke. Gotta love a doctor that has dogs in his office. His staff is excellent in obtaining referrals quickly. Same goes with prescription refills. Longest wait is no more than 15 minutes. His staff goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need.

I was a patient 15 years ago for about 7 years. He is a great doctor, if he had not moved out of the area I would still be using him. I have no idea about the staff at his current office.

Our family started seeing Dr Paley when he first started out on Pat Booker Rd in Universal City TX. Just after our son AJ was born in Jan 1997. We have followed his practice and when we lost our insurance coverage that he was a part of we missed him greatly. As soon as our coverage included him, we were back with him. Yes, we have had some issues with rude office staff. We resolve these issues with writing Dr. Paley a personal letter on the issues. They were resolved by our next visit. When he retires, he will greatly be missed by this family!

I've been a patient since the office was in Live Oak. Now that they've move a 3 time and are in Stone Oak. Everybody up in his office has a bad attitude and be acting all flutent. Now you wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes and then they shove you in a room after his tiger lookin dog tries to bite you and you wait another 40 minutes to see.... not Dr. Paley, but a PA. I guess Dr. Paley is too good to see you now. And don't trust the billing either. Someone there is trying to scam people for mo' money and then they act dumb when you question them. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU DR. PALEY? DID YOU BECOME GREEDY AND START CARING MORE ABOUT MONEY THEN PEOPLE? Either way, I'm out. Not going back. Already found a Doctor with a good staff that values my time too.

Great place if you let somewhere to go with the "Doctor" will tell you a joke, tell you to come back for a follow-up, and bill you $120.00 for the same information you could get on Web MD.

Dr. Paley and his staff are awesome. Dr. Paley has been my family physician for over 8 years. He is thorough, knowledgeable , kind and an adamant proponent of preventive medicine. He has a very practical approach to health maintenance. He refers to a great network of specialists if needed and takes great care to explain each and every aspect of my family's health. He relates well to all age groups. His quirky sense of humor puts you at ease. The dogs are great, They are very calming while waiting for a visit. Kudos to Dr. Pailey for the great service that he provides to the San Antonio Community
