I went to this doctor with a deviated septum, and he told me it could be corrected with a surgery. After trying to book the procedure, found out that he did not have privileges at Broward hospitals. They told me it would take a little longer for him to get privileges at North Broward hospital or Coral Springs Hospital, so I waited almost a month. They called and told me he now had privileges and scheduled me for another month away which would be June 22. I called today to find out when my procedure would be since nobody had reached out to me. They told me the doctor had no procedures on the schedule for this week And they would check with him and get back with me within 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I called them back. I was told that they had no idea who I had spoke to and then they finally found the person that I spoke to who never called me back she told me the doctor still doesn’t have privileges at that hospital , so they tried to refer me off to a different Doctor Who does. So either the lady who does the scheduling for this Doctor Who is apparently now out of town either completely lied to me about him having privileges at the hospital now (which makes absolutely no sense) or he forgot to schedule himself to do the surgery and now doesn’t want to deal with me at all , this is the most unprofessional doctor and staff I have ever seen in my life. I don’t know how he is in business. Do not go here you’ll have a horrible experience they do not care about customer service or the customers at all for that matter. I’ve just basically wasted over two months, waiting for this doctor to perform the procedure that he blew off. Scheduled my work around this date they told me the procedure would be done on and made myself work five 12 hr shifts in a row to get the days off that I needed for the procedure and recovery.
Wasted about 2.5 months waiting on this Dr just to be blown off.
Asked to speak w a manager or the Dr over and over again but of course, they aren’t available.
They don’t care about your time so don’t give it to them.

Dr. Rosenthal is such a great doctor. I am so grateful for having chosen him to do my septoplasty/turbinate reduction. His staff is kind and helpful. All around great, great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal for any ENT need!

I had surgery by Dr Rosenthal and the entire process was professional and excellent service from the nurses and office staff. I was an exceptionally anxious patient with a few medical problems and he was reassuring, confident, patient and caring. He was never patronizing or dismissive.
Very impressed and pleased with his skill set and professional and kind manner.

After over 20 years of experience with both Dr Johnson and Dr Rosenthal it would be remiss of me not to share my experiences with both them and their staff. Both are amazing Dr's and wonderful caring people. If I had to list all of the procedures that I had performed by them it would be like writing a book.
In summary whether dealing with a basic in office visit or corrective and elective surgical procedures I can give them nothing but the highest compliments and recommendations as experts in their field .
After moving from Coral Springs to Port St Lucie I continue to make the 1 1\2 hour drive anytime I need any ent related care or procedures
I hope I made my point.

Jon was wonderful, he did an excellent smooth job. After the op, I felt great and had no side effects of pain , discomfort or anything. He is my nose doctor for life.

Jon was an incredible find as a doctor. He had a kind way about him, and actually took the time to explain everything he was doing and everything that was potentially affecting me, as well as all of the possible solutions. This was all done with a sense of him caring about passing the knowing along, not just of someone doing his job. I wish all doctors were like this.

Dr. Rosenthal is competent, caring, knowledgeable, concise, straight up, patient, gentle, concerned, interested, responsive, talented, ah heck, face it, he's an excellent physician/person. I am currently in my seventh week, post op, and Dr. Rosenthal insists on continued short visits to monitor my complete recovery. Wait, Am I in 2013? Old school care and charm, combined with modern knowledge and technology, Dr. Rosenthal has surpassed all my normal curmudgeon expectations. I would recommend this man,to any; man, woman, or child. He is a hard to find diamond in the ruff of today's medical quagmire. Kudos to his outstanding staff as well. Care and kindness began from my first call. Thumbs up ladies. Peace to all! Craig K.

I waited alittle bite to see him but I know why, he takes his time with every patient. I felt like the only patient he was going to see all day. Great experience.
