I found this doctor to be arrogant , condescending and downright insulting . She seems more interested in pushing big ticket items regarding skin care and laser treatments, requiring ongoing care and maintenance, than actually solving the problem.

With my insurance I pay over 400% more to see a specialist vs primary care physician yet when I made an appointment with this office I did not see the doctor, I was seen by a Family Nurse Practitioner for all 3 appointments. I have Pulsatile Tinnitus and information from 2 different Universities describes what is the best procedure for doctors to follow to find the cause. That was not followed. In my opinion the office seems more interested in their spa and plastic surgery customers than ENT customers. They have 2 signs in office 1 says they charge you $40 if you miss your appointment and another that "if you are 5 minutes late for your appointment with the doctor you have to reschedule". When was the last time you were seen by a doctor at you scheduled time? When I'm paying a premium to see a specialist Doctor I want to seen by the Doctor not a Family Nurse practitioner. Based on my experence with this office I would not recommend it to anyone. I have change to an office where I will see the specialist ENT Doctor I'm paying a premium for.

horrible experience,,they were more worried about their co payment than helping me, I went in for hearing loss in my right ear,,they tried putting drops in and cleaning my ear but then said they could not see my eardrum so I had to go home and put drops in for 5 days before follow up,, woke up the next day with incredible pain and pressure ,was told to start doing the drops and then ,, come back for yet another 35 dollar copay and 100 mile round trip,, I am still in pain,,have no hearing in my right ear I think they are not very good at what they do

BEWARE - My wife was treated by this practice for almost two months for earing loss and pressure predominately in her left ear. After 5-6 visits, and numerous prescriptions the condition actually worsened. When DePasquale performed an endoscope on my wife's right ear resulting in causing the same debilitating problem in right ear. She told DePasquale during the procedure that her right ear was hurting. Now with the problem in both ears my wife followed up with another appointment to Depasquale as her condition was getting progressively worst. When my wife tried to talk with DePasquale about how the endoscope resulted in pain in the right that didn't go away and now she was having the same condition in both ears, Depasquale had no answer, became very defensive, totally unprofessional and refused further care to my wife. So not only did St. Augustine ENT (and DePasquale directly) not properly diagnose or treat my wife, she created additional problems, is completely unprofessional and obviously thinks of herself as being better than her patients due to fact that she has Dr. before her name.
