Dr is great. Staff is rude and spend too much time gossipibg and less time working throught the patients. Dr visits are over 2hrs.

The office staff has the WORSE customer service skills. The receptionist has a horrible attitude. It is as if I am asking her for a favor when I go up to the window. The back help does not get any politer nor courteous. The immunization lady is brutal. When I questioned what vaccines my daughter would be getting she rolled her eyes told me she would give me a "handout" after the injections. She was very rough and there was no tact when administering the vaccine. My daughter's legs were swollen for weeks and she cried in pain for about four days. If I am lucky I will only have to wait about an 1.5 hours to be seen. Most office visits take more than two hours. I once waited close to four hours to be seen, and these were all "scheduled visits". The doctor rushes in takes about 5 minutes and is out of the room. I believe he is a good doctor but not worth the wait and mistreatment his office staff/nurses direct towards the patients.

Not happy with my experience at Dr. Rodriguez's office. My wait time has never been less than 45 min, usually about 1 1/2 hours. The appt's were all made over a month in advance. The dr. spends barely any time with my children, does the bare minimum and then leaves. I asked for a CBC test to be done on my son, they wrote the order and told me to take it to the hospital. Since I don't understand medical jargon & can't read his handwriting, I didn't know it but he was ordering a lead test in addition to the CBC and now I'm being billed for a test that I didn't ask for, know about or authorize. I don't even know what the results of that test were because no one from the office ever called me. Fourth, I waited 2 weeks for the CBC results and they never called me. I called them several times for the results and waited on hold for 27 min before I finally got them. That would have been a good time for them to mention the lead results. Very unhappy and will not be returning.

The doctor is great! Receptionist needs to be replaced, she keeps you waiting and is very rude.

with an appointment at 4:45 pm I still ended up waiting for 1 1/2 to be placed in a waiting room. after that my child was seen and i walked out of his office at 7:20 pm.

The doctor is gret but always have trouble with his staff. They leave you on hold for more than 10 minutes but other than that wouldn't change the doctor.

Reliable, knowledgeable doctor, drawback -waiting time to see him with appointment is between 1 to 2 hours.
