1st visit for my husband. Friendly, knowledgeable doctor with good sense of humor. So much better than the kidney Dr we left in NY. I am an RN & I highly recommend Dr. Tougeman. We had a very long wait in the office but he spent 50 minutes with us, explaining everything & answering our questions.
