Horrible experience. Tried to get there 20 min early but the directions I kept getting over the phone kept having me going past it. Got there 5 min early to wait 1 1/2 hours and leave without being seen because I was going to be late for work. Because I waited so long with the encouragement that they would see me soon I lost the job. I ran back before they were close to see if they could squeeze me in since I had no way to get back for at least 3weeks because Im not supposed to drive for health reasons and my situation was pretty desperate their response was I should've left the first time so I have to wait at least 2 weeks. They completely lack any compassion. This is my 3rd at an attempt at an appointment with them and it took a lot to get there just to not see the dr.

When I began going to Dr. Jensen a few years ago I thought he was pretty good. However, after having gone several times more recently I disagree. I started experiencing racing heart symptoms among others so I made an appt. I felt like I was the doctor searching for answers! He didn't have much input to offer and would just go along with my uneducated guesses! FINALLY, I was the one who discovered it was a SERIOUS side effect of a prescription HE prescribed! I needlessly paid for several visits and suffered for 6 months for a simple fix! THEN, I found out that his 'professional' staff screwed up and was sending my bills to my sister's address. Talk about a violation of my private patient's rights! Good thing it wasn't sent to a stranger with my last name! I will NEVER go back again!! I had no idea a doctor's office could get away with so much! I have also been to Trevor and he seemed more knowledgeable than Jensen but I would avoid the place entirely!

If you are looking for a doctor who is looking after your health Dr. Jensen is the wrong doctor for you. I had my first visit with him and when I told him some of my concerns he said "yes I can help you with that." At the end of the visit he didn't address them, I tried to talk with him about it but my 15 minutes was up and i would have to make another appointment. His front desk are witches, they were very rude and wouldn't help me at all. I was very disappointed and will never go to him again. He doesn't look after his patients or their needs, just his time clock. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

I have seen both Dr Jensen and Trevor. I think they are both very good. I have to disagree with the person that indicated Trevor is not personable. They both listen to me and ask good questions to determine how to best help me. I reccommend seeing whichever doctor is available. Both are A+ in my book!

I have been with Dr. Jensen since 2008, and am overall very happy with him. He is caring, very mild mannered & easy going! He acts like you are his only patient when you are in the room, that is awesome! However... he has taken on a P.A. (Trevor Whitmore) and unless you just need a physical or something, stay away from him. Wait for Dr. Jensen! Whitmore is very condescending and downright rude. There is NO personal feeling with him, at all! He will never see me again, and I hope this review guides you! He was also the same way with my husband, very rude and contrite! Dr. Jensen should limit this mans contact with his patient base. I gave Whitmore 3 or 4 trys and same treatment each time! Like I said; Jensen great... Whitmore, not so much! If you like being treated like a second class person, then see Whitmore. Otherwise, stay away and wait for Jensen!
