Impersonal..no bedside manner...documentation inaccurate...robotic...insensitive... Was she honest?

Dr. Coll always seemed to be walking out the door as I was asking more questions. She down played the pain I was feeling even after 2 weeks of giving birth. Stating that everything looked fine. When I went for a second option they said I had a rectolcele from damage that had been done from using forceps during delivery. Dr. Coll had asked if I wanted a cesarean during delivery. I stated what ever had to be done. Thought this was a decision she should be making a this point. At the last minute she disscussed using forceps again asking what I prefered. ??? This was my first birth, how should I know. She used the forceps which tore my perineum, vaginal wall tear and prolapse. All causing much pain and a year later surgery to fix the damage. I believe this was a bad decision on the doctors part to use outdated forceps that are rarely used in this day an age. I would never recommend Tahoe forest women's center. Find a recommended doctor in Reno if you live in Truckee!
