Very helpful, caring, friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable in the beginning, but over time she has become unfriendly, uncompassionate, rude, and belittling. Maybe suffering from burnout. Wish I had the original Dr. back when I first met her. I recommended her highly then, but I am changing my mind now. It may be time to change doctors for me. Nurse practioner Erin is wonderful! Wish she was in practice in her own place.

Staff were really nice, especially her nurse. I had read several nice comments about her, but what was really shocked on how grouchy (for lack of a better word) she was. I had spent some time in the ER the Friday following (saw her on a Tuesday) and they recommended a follow-up x-ray, which she refused to give because she said it was not necessary - fine, she's the doctor right? She was so hostile when I told her that I smoked, I wish I hadn't even told her, but thought you were supposed to tell your doctor the truth!! You would have thought I was 9 months pregnant (not pregnant by the way) and admitting to smoking crack and shooting heroin. Maybe she is good with older/elderly patients and nonsmokers, but once she found out I was a smoker (yes, I know its bad), she tuned out everything else I said/asked. I'm not exaggerating about her open lack of empathy about my being sick - she told me what did I expect being that I was a smoker; I literally cried in the parking lot when I left

She listens and makes her decisions based on her conversation and her knowledge. She is a wonderful, intelligent, caring physician. She was recommended by my husband's heart doctor and we are very pleased and wish we had found her years ago.

Very knowledgeable and personable doctor. I've been a patient of hers for 3 years now, and wouldn't dream of leaving.

There are several of us senior citizens in Smyrna who think Dr. Jones is the cats meow. She takes lots of notes in to a computer, types them herself,,,and at the next appt., she refers back to notes to keep up with all my many ailments. Us seniors can have a lot of problems and she knows about all of them, and how one can affect the other one. My old doctor of 28 years retired and I was in a pickle to find another one. A staffer at the hospital recommended her and we have a wonderful 1 1/2 years together. I never had a woman doctor before and I really like her. She has a huge smile that just lights up the room and makes you smile right back at her.

Dr. Jones is very, very good with her senior citizen patients. I have several friends that go to her and we are all very happy with her. She has a big smile on her face every time she sees us. Makes me smile right back. She takes meticlous notes and will ask about things that I had totally forgotten about. We senior citzens can be difficult to treat as most of us have multiple ailments. She is able to keep up with all of mine. I transferred to her after my doctor of 28 years in Nashville retired. I was scared any new dr. would take me off all meds and start all over with their thoughts on meds, but she allowed me to continue all my meds, as they were working just fine. She did suggest a pneumonia shot, vitamin D pill once a day and a bone density test that I had never had before. I am thrilled to have found her and have her be my doctor.

Dr. Jones Rocks! I don't know what these people mean by not knowledgable, she explained everything very well and I have not seen such care and compassion from a doctor in a long time. I am in the health care industry and it is my experience that people who are overly critical are either drug seekers and have some other agenda that they expect the doctor to magically fulfill.

I'm 24 yrs old- healthy. I went in for some chest pains and a high pulse. I wanted her to check my thyroid since I have a family history of problems. I sat waiting for her in a room. She basically physically looked at me and said I was fine. Never ran any kinds tests or even checked my heart rate. Totally belittled me and made me near tears. I would never recommend this horrible doctor

Didn't like her. She wasn't personable, and when I had a very serious pain problem she wasn't helpful. Will find a different doctor soon. She also didn't seem knowlegable.

She listened to my problems intently. My problems were a bit difficult to figure out, but she didn't make me feel crazy. She's not afraid to send you to a specialized doctor if the problem is beyond her capabilities.
