I did not feel any type of warmth at all. I felt she spoke to me in a condescending manner. Whenever I asked a question, she would say "Again...." I am suffering from a concussion and there was no acknowledgement that I my brain was not running properly as evidenced by the latter comment. She kept giving me a side eye and not believing I would follow the doctor's orders as she stated "are you really going to do that several times." She so much as accused me of being defensive when I was simply answering her questions. I will never be back for this reason. I was not even out of pocket at all during this appointment.
