When I arrived for my appointment they told me they had cancelled my appointment and that I had been notified. They also said a receptionist was adamant she had called and spoken to me personally about it. I had scheduled the appointment weeks in advance, created an online portal account, filled out all informational documents and had my records sent over from my previous provider. I took time off work, my son skipped his nap, I went without allergy medication in the middle of allergy season to be ready for testing and I drove out to Meridian. Instead of explaining the issue to me and trying to rectify the situation the male receptionist was very rude and demeaning. I’ve never had such a negative experience with a medical office in my life. I would think twice before scheduling an appointment with Boise Valley Asthma and Allergy.
