Went here about 12(?) years ago. Not a bad experience. Returned this year with a serious maxillary sinus infection. Ridiculous experience and waste of time. While Dr. Brown and his Boy Friday can't decide whether my infection is viral or bacterial, offering me everything from allergy testing (Right! I have time for that! I have large lumps of infection INSIDE of my mouth!) to "SURGERY". Just "SURGERY". "Let me know what you decide." It would appear that young Dr. Brown's not real big on sticking around with thorough, comprehensive information for the patient anymore. As it turns out they were both wrong - my infection was fungal! I guess the Brown's have never heard of fungal infections! Amazing! I've been treated appropriately now, and all better. Don't subject yourself. (His Boy Friday is rude and defensive.) I think they've taken too many patients on. Thank you.

This doctor spent way more time than the average doctor and was very patient and kind with my son, who has autism. It is very difficult to find medical providers who have any understanding of the challenges involved with trying to take children with autism and anxiety to the doctors office. The doctors often raise their voice at my son or instruct their staff to hold him down like an animal instead of taking the time to provide care in a way that is dignified and appropriate for him given his extensive sensory issues and anxiety. I think the doctor felt he did not get all the way through the procedure, but we felt he did the best job ever because he helped my son overcome the fear of this particular office in one visit (where often it can take months or years of visits or never) so that should we ever need to come back, my son will not fear this office and now feels he can trust this doctor. For this I am very very grateful.
