This doctor spent less than 10 minutes on my eye exam. He put the drops into my eyes to dilate them and instead of waiting the 15 or more minutes for my eyes to dilate, he checked them right after the drops were inserted. I've worn glasses for over 20 years and get routine eye exams. NO DOCTOR HAS EVER CHECK MY EYES TWO SECONDS AFTER THEY PUT THE DILATION DROPS IN. I double checked this information online, and the Bright Focus Foundation, formerly known as the American Health Assistance Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that supports research and provides public education on brain and eye diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, macular degeneration and glaucoma says it takes 15-30 minutes for the eye to dilate before the exam. Every Optometrist I've ever been to has always waited the time for my pupils to dilate. Alexander Bunich did not care about me or my eyes; that only leaves the money because the care sucked!

Dr. Bunich and his staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Everyone -- from the receptionist to James who fits and works with the glasses to Dr. Bunich -- take their time with each patient to understand needs, while keeping things moving. My husband and I both use Dr. Bunich and we brought our 5 year old daughter in for an appointment as well. He was great with her!

I had my first visit to Dr. B and staff today and had a wonderful visit:) I am a healthcare professional as well and I can say he truly cares about the patients. Very knowledgable, accommodating, honest,ethical and professional. Great people skills and rapport, felt like I knew Dr.B forever! Staff was also very helpful and honest, especially when I was picking out my new glasses. The previous review that gave this practice a low score... you ought to be ashamed! I personally believe this review was from a nearby competitor. Yes, this practice is new and starting from scratch. As all businesses, it takes time to build a patient base. I know for sure that Dillworth Eye Assoc will grow exponentially. This place is a gem and I feel so fortunate and grateful that one of my own patients was kind enough to recommend Dr.B!

Welcome to my review page. My name is Dr. Alex Bunich. I am the optometrist in question. I just had a patient of mine inform me of this page and a poor reviewer item here. At my Dilworth Eye, I strive to do my best in patient satisfaction. I take care of people as if they were my family. The poor review written below was that of my competition. It is their second attempt in trying to discredit my name. I know this for a fact and by the verbiage used.
