We waited in this office for two hours before seen. this doctor was on call in hospital when my husband saw him and that is how we came to his office. The medical asistant had a puss on her face when she called us in and the lab tech as well. When I asked them a question they ignored me. This doctor then came in exam room and started talking about medication. When I started asking him about one particular med, He snapped and said, "he was not going to repeat it again and if we were listening to the last two statement he made, we would not ask this question." I have been in the medical profession as a medical asst for years and was horrified by this office. will not go back.

I have been a patient for about year. I have had to call for my results of any test/lab. When I discussed this with Dr.dourmashkin, he sited times his office called. While I was trying to explain that I never got the msgs and maybe the wrong number is on file, he became very rude. He started saying saying" can I finish my sentence? Stop interrupting me." I explained that was very upset and considering leaving the practice and he told me I should!!! And that clearly there is a communication problem because I can't stop talking. I left without the results and in tears. I would not recommend him to anyone. His behavior was quite unprofessional!!!
