I have been going to the Portsmouth facility for 5 months for cracked callous on my big toe. I have had xrays
Of the foot, lab work, mri, and scraping of the calloused toe, I purched wart medication, medicated toe sleeve, prescription for an antibiotic.Today was my
last visit. After all this time and expense, they have not been able to resolve the problem. They suggested a dermatologist.
They were unable to resolve the problem. I will not be going back.

I have seen Dr. Sartori for a number of foot issues. Surgery, neuropathy, hammer toe and Charcot foot (bad). She has been great -- smart, answers all questions etc. We recently went on vacation, and I needed to see a podiatrist out of state. This doctor got it wrong and I lost part of a toe. Dr. Sartori gets a ten from me and my wife!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Satori from pre-op through discharge. I had fractured my toe which eventually needed fusion. She was thorough in her explanation of the procedure , compassionate, and spent time at each visit. With post-op question the response was quick. The office staff was excellent as well. I traveled an hour each way for my appointments. I will return if the need arises.

Usually very punctual for other visits. I'm too busy for an extended amount of time in a doctor's office. Dr. Sartori is efficient, knowledgeable, concerned, and to the point. Thanks to her, I can scamper up and down over those stairs without pain or discomfort. I've recommended her to several friends who have also been very pleased with her and office.

Absolutely terrible. I never leave reviews for anything or anyone but now feel like it's my civic duty to let others know to stay away from her. I went in to have my athlete's foot rash examined. It's been a persistent problem no matter what I've tried. Thinking that she's a doctor in this field I figured it's worth a shot. In my first appointment she came in and looked at the rash for about 15 seconds and said "yep, thats a rash" and prescribed Lotrimin. You know, the kind you can buy ANYWHERE! I said that hasn't worked yet but she insisted I try it for a week and come back. So I did. Then I came back. She then at it for 15 more seconds and said "looks like its doing better, lets check it again in another week" and left the room. It wasn't doing better at all and was still red. I wasted another copay and when the receptionist asked when I'd like to come back for a follow up I said never. If this is what it takes to become a foot doctor I should've never wasted money on going to college. I can easily do what she did for me and charge people stupid amounts of money in the process. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Oh, wait, yes I do...on her cash bed.

Two weeks later her husband called me (I think he works for her now, poor guy) trying to convince me to come back in and they'll treat me right this time. I felt like I was being sold a used car. I told him I was too busy working overtime to make up the money I lost to them, but to enjoy your Scrooge McDuck tower of coins built your hardwork and knowledge.

Dr. Sartori is excellent! She has been my Podiatrist since 2007, and I have been very satisfied. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring, and has a terrific style. I have several chronic issues, and she has addressed them in a consistently positive manner. One of the best!!

Dr. Sartori is very kind and the office is extremely efficient! I am a long time patient and they are on time or early consistently. I have never had an experience of the Dr being out or appointments cancelled. I love the text confirmation system, and to clarify it sends exactly TWO texts. This is not annoying to me, it is perfect, unlike my dentist who leaves me multiple voicemails. I am really surprised by the negative reviews on here, I don't doubt she has excellent reviews elsewhere on more reputable sites.

The doctor had no interest in my problem. Left the room and came back with a lotion and told me to treat problem (a stubborn callus) at home for a month and come back. After many annoying appointment confirmations, the follow up was canceled 40 minutes before the appointment time because the doctor was "feeling under the weather" on out first beautiful spring day. Terrible experience, I will not be back.

I'd gained 20 lbs because, for nearly 2 years, I could hardly walk due to plantar faciiatis. A friend had excellent results w/Dr Sartori treating his plantar faciiatis, so I made an appt upon his recommendation. Three months later, I am climbing 4000 footers again! I can't thank Dr. Sartori enough for giving me my life back!
