I recently moved to the area and my OBGYN referred me to Dr. Reichert when I was pregnant with my second daughter. I like Dr. Reichert. He quick with the visit and I feel alittle forgetful when I ask him questions. The nurses are great but I had to switch because I would wait on hold to talk to a nurse for 20 minutes! I have two small children and I don't have time for that. I would rather leave a message and someone call me back. Also the front office staff is rude!! They don't care about you or your kids as patients. They don't have their stuff together there. I stood in line for check in for an appointment for 15 minutes. I had nothing but problems with the front office staff.

My OBGYN recommended Dr. Reichert to me when I was pregnant so we decided to go with him and couldn't be happier. The staff always gets my daughter in the same day when there's a problem and they are always very nice when we go in. Waiting room wait time is short...exam room wait time is a little long but nothing to complain about. I personally like the fact that after hrs I get a call from the Children's hospital instead of having to bother the Dr. They have always answered my questions thoroughly and called back in a short amount of time. Thumbs up here! I'll keep referring family and friends to this office.

Dr.Reichert has been my son's ped. since he was born. At first he was very knowledgeable and very nice regarding our visits. My son is almost two and I am looking for a new ped. for him. This office staff is HORRIBLE. The front desk clerks are just plain RUDE for no reason. My wait time has never been long but I feel as if I am rushed through my visit so he can see another patient, and now they are not doing well visits until mid April????..... The front desk clerk told me because they are short staffed doctors,....seems to me they need to stop taking new patients if they cant handle their work load!

I have 2 kids and I don't trust doctors at all due to something in my past. Dr Reichert has been the professional and helpful doctor imaginable. The staff is great too. I am not sure what people want from a doctors office staff. They all seem professional and do their jobs. I am pretty sure they were not hired to be cheerleaders.

Dismissive of concerns and not attentive or sympathetic to concerns of parents. Staff not kid-friendly unless you get one of the good nurses the day you go in.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful.. Dr. Reichert has seen both of my children from day one. He also sees both of my nieces. He is a great guy and makes my kids feel comfortable whenever they are in his office. He always makes sure to answer all of my questions. They are a very busy office, but I believe that reflect the quality of service.

We love Dr. Reichert. Always checks back with us to see how kids are feeling. Kids love him and are not afraid to go to the Dr. Office. Sometimes front staff is rude - and getting worse all of the time.

Now that our children are past pre-school, we continue to use this doctor's office for shots only. When we move, we will switch doctors. Too much was blown-off by all physicians at this practice (and we've seen them all). All we ever received were excuses and dismissal. I took one of my children to a specialist and found out there WAS something wrong the very same day! In addition, the wait time is ridiculous! We have been waiting almost 60 minutes in the waiting room, and another 35 minutes in the exam room almost every time (even with appointments). When I call their after hours phone number, I don't like receiving nurses from a hospital who have no authority to do anything. It's a waste of time. You may as well go to the Emergency Room instead. If you're simply looking for shots, then this this practice is for you. If not, look elsewhere.
