Dr Heit dismissed my daughters symptoms as 'in her head' or 'made up'. She is intimidating and condescending. My daughter ended up needing surgery after we went to see the specialist and is now in perfect health. I will NEVER see Dr Heit again and will NEVER recommend her to anyone, EVER.

Very poor bedside manner. Not good with babies. No patience when they experience stranger anxiety. Dismisses complaints as being "nothing." My daughter ended up with a team of specialists at Mass General and with a lot more complications than she needed to have if we'd gotten better direction and care from this doctor. She ignored four complaints stating not to worry about it, for us to take our daughter to specialists who agreed we should have been worried. Specialists treated the other four conditions quickly. My daughter suffered needlessly for several months for no reason. I would not recommend the entire practice to anyone.

Dr. Heit is the WORST Dr. I have ever dealt with. She is not friendly and not easy to work with. Her and another Dr. in there practice failed to diagnose my daughter who ended up getting admitted to the hospital two days after her seeing a dr in their practice. I would never recommend anyone to choose Dr. Heit. children.

Never had one good experience with Dr.Heit. I found her unapproachable and uninterested in my daughter her needed surgery.

Dr Heit is very knowlegable about Pediatrics and takes great care in what she dose.

I like Dr. Heit and my daughter loves her. She can be abrupt -- especially if she doesn't think your kid is really all that sick -- but she's smart and when your child really *is* sick, she couldn't be nicer. I recommend her a lot.

She is phenomenal - super bedside manner and very helpful with working through issues including behavoiral.
