Best glasses selection in all the UP. Doctor and staff are good. Had to wait last time because they had an emergency patient. But even then it was only ten minutes. I have waited much longer at other doctors.

I went for an eye exam and was treated rudely by the first receptionist. The Dr. referred me to an eye surgeon, who 3 weeks later said I did not need surgery. I went back to Dr. Siesel's office for glasses (as told by the surgeon) and was "helped" by the first receptionist, who at first was standoffish. I chose a few frames from the mid-price range and she kept steering me toward the high end frames. I expressed I did not want to spend a great deal of money and wanted to spend around $250 if possible. After finally finding a frame she told me it would be $399. I told her I would have to discuss this with my husband and could she ask the Dr. why the right lens would be 00 script. She said she would ask. I told her I would return today; which I did. The next receptionist (number 3) was not enthused that I wanted to find a different less frame. I asked about my question, she said she would ask Dr. when he came out. She never did, though he came out of the exam room. At this point I left.
