Dr Winter replaced a hip for me so I went to him for an injection for pain in my shoulder. The Dr was very thorough, with x-rays and asking questions. He did give me the shot but afterwards he acted like it was an inconvenience and he actually told me to not come back. I was stunned and didn't know how to react. Not even sure what he meant, but I will not go back. Maybe my problem was not worth his time?

Dr. Winter has done a couple of surgeries for my family. He has always been very professional and very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain what your options are and what the procedure will involve. His staff is alway nice and check you in quickly. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr Winter helped my son when he broke his arm. His staff got us in very quickly and were great to work with. We are uninsured, so the staff and Dr Winter went out of their way to save us money wherever they could. He spoke to my son (13 at the time) like he was a part of the conversation, not just an object in the room. My son was itching to get back to his football and had hoped to play before the season ended. Dr Winter handled the situation perfectly by explaining why he would have to miss the whole season. My son was disappointed, but thought it was cool that the doctor didn't treat him like a child:) We would highly recommend Dr Winter.
