Have been a patient since 1978 and drive from Ponca City to Blackwell. Always takes time needed. Very personable. He will refer you to another doctor if necessary. I had a possible eye problem from a nick in the eye from flying metal. No pain but I had called because my eye didn't look quite right. Dr. Sandy told me to come immediately and then after looking at my eye, called and got me an immediate appointment with an opthomologist. He also did this when I had what they considered a 1 in a million person problem with soft contacts in the 1980's. My 3 adult children (20's) still drive from put of town to go to him.
