Almost impossible to get an office visit if your really sick.. They tell you that you can always go to urgent care and spend $45 copay instead of $5 office visit. Seems they just don't care and staff is always cold and impersonal. Doctor is always in a hurry and never returns to room once he leaves.

Though Dr. Swartz is fantastic, his staff is the worst I have seen in my 60 years. They are rude and obnoxious. They took almost 2 weeks to send in a referral to my insurance for further tests while I was in extreme pain. Iwould NEVER recommend anyone go through that.

Wonderful doctor and staff !! Dr Schwartz and his staff treat you like you are the most important person they treat. The staff always greet you with a smile. All medical offices can learn from this office.

i saw dr schwartz about a month ago for the first time and I was lil nervous but he was good then he liked all the info I gave him on my health problems and he was even giving me meds to help some problems that I have and he even found some new probs I have but did not know so I said ok I will try him out again later and yesterday I went to him for being sick and he just proved to me that he is the doc for me. He said he liked all the updates I been giving him and I gave him paper on my symptoms and he said I was organized and liked that I had it. He did listen to my lungs and I said that I had really bad bronchitis and that I was tight and he said I needed a neb treatment in the office so I got one and he sent me in an antibiotic as well cause he did not want it turning into pneumonia and he said he wanted me to update him on monday on how I am feeling. this doc is really caring and kind and I like him and he is a keeper for sure he is the first doc f mine to actually want me to update them on how I am doing and he was concerned for me which is a plus I think I hit the nail on the head with him. he is a good doc and I would recommend him to anyone one who needs a doc. although he is like a 40 minute drive from me I will keep him as he is the kind of doc I been needing.

Dr. Schartz has been my Dr for a long time. He is takes his time and listens to your issues. I feel he really cares for his patients. His staff is very nice also. It is a calm and welcoming place when you are not feeling well.
