I asked him to test for IGA nephropathy, since it runs in my family. He refused, saying my protein levels weren't high enough for that to be my diagnosis. He did not know what it was, though. I ended up going to the mayo clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where I received excellent care and a proper diagnosis of....IGA, the disease Dr brunt refused to test for.
