Dr. Milbrath surprised me by calling me from the waiting room herself! She then listened to everything I had to say. After examining me, she gave me immediate relief from my discomfort, gave me a prescription that may not be covered by insurance (it was but not a generic), along with a card for a rebate if it wasn't! She also gave me some samples to try. I found her to be very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. She also encouraged me to see her in a week if I did not improve. I really was happy with her.
