This man wants to seem to help, but after 3 visits, still no help. And he was almost an hour and a half late for our appointment with not one word of apology nor explanation. I asked if he would be willing to order blood work to check my antibodies, as they flare when my TED does, but he declined, patting me like a child, while speaking complete and utter nonsense to me as concerns my blood work per this disease. I will not again allow himto speak down to me as he did, and he walked out nodding and smiling while I was still speaking, asking him a question. I would by no means ever recommend him again. Sad to see, experience. His staff is amazing. He should be grateful they are.
