At first, I did not understand Navy leadership inaction on the Pap violence and medical record-tampering that I reported. Leadership would not even acknowledge that violent Paps risk honor killings for women whose lives depend on physical virginity. Now I understand how Navy decision-makers with medical supply and drug procurement insider knowledge can benefit from the wrongdoing. With little (if any) interest in prosecuting crimes or protecting enlisted women, Navy Medicine appears more supportive of lucrative wrongdoing and cover-up. Unfortunately, such a Command Culture also drives the military sexual assault rate to many times the civilian rate. Therefore, I ask Dr. West to please reimburse to the US Treasury his full officer's salary retroactive to 8 July 2002 when he diagnosed me "Psychotic." I had no symptoms, but his misdiagnosis still disqualifies me from flight status, both military and civilian. I ask Dr. West to please report to Congress every case of sexual assault of which he has been aware or in which he has had custody of evidence. And I ask that he make public all kickbacks, dividends and other perks that he has received from manufacturers of pharmaceuticals that he has prescribed.
The Residential Treatment Program (RTP) that Dr. West subjected me to made clear that conflict of interest is rampant in Navy Medicine. Pharmaceutical firms had left pens and notepads in Navy clinics and wards to advertise their trademarked psychiatric medications: "PROZAC... ABILIFY... Risperdal..." Dr. West refers to psychiatrist "LCDR [Janis R.] Carlton" who initially authorized forced intramuscular (IM) administration of trademarked "Ativan." The sedative Ativan (generic: lorazepam) can be categorized as a rape drug due to its memory- and motor skill-impairing effects. On my Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) AF Form 3899, Dr. Carlton subsequently initialed and one-lined IM as "JC [ERROR]," and I was never psychiatrically medicated or sedated.
Finally, while in RTP, I learned that the manufacturer of the hymen-rupturing disposable speculum hosted business meal harbor cruises for Portsmouth/Norfolk-area Navy health care providers.
Here is what psychiatrist Dr. James C. West wrote about me.
