Dr. Craig did surgery on my hand for carpal tunnel. I still have no feeling in my hand and Dr. Craig said he could not do anything for me. I will have to live with it. The surgery was to no avail. If he could not do the surgery, he should have told me.

Office staff needs a class on personality. Some don't act like they want to be there. I know they have to deal with alot of people, but still, do they have to be so hateful to everyone!

My visit with Dr. Craig with very underwhelming. His staff took an xray. He did not bother to examine me on the table. He gave me five minutes of time and recommended physical therapy. I could've received this same recommendation from my primary care physician. I don't go to a specialist unless my complaint is severe and chronic. He was very dismissive and distracted by his student doctor he was training is my only guess. I won't be going back. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
