Dr Larsen billed me for 800 dollar foot orthodontics inserts that he stated were 350 and I was informed they were preauthorized by my insurance but never submitted doctors notes to insurance stating medical necessity so it was declined.
Plus they are billing me for the difference my insurance doesn't pay for in network provider. I spoke with the manager who refused to help
Same thing with my son's as well orthotics and he never received them and they want to charge doctors fee plus 800 and I dont even have the orthotics .

Honest. Not afraid to tell you that he's not sure what is wrong, but will always reasure you that he will find out. Does not assume what is wrong based on past medical history. Wants to see his own results.
