I've been going to this office for a couple of years now and the staff is always so pleasant and quick to be helpful. It always seems like a great team effort between Dr. Conrand and her staff. It is nice to be acknowledged by name instead of a "sign in and have a seat" response. I would refer any of my friends and family to Dr. Conrad's office.

The doctor was fine and professional but the support staff was extremely unhelpful. They refused to assist me in finding the generic form of my prescription and insisted they had NO access to a computer or a phone book so that they could call pharmacies. Seriously, she literally said she could not access a phone book!
