He was not a nice individual. I am shocked that he is a pediatric ENT specialist. I liked his Nurse Practitioner, Kristen Medley, but when my daughter actually had an appointment with him, I did not feel the same way. He was rude. My daughter is suppose to follow up in two months, but we will not be returning to him.

He was very rude and condescending and acted like he had better places to be. He also did not do the procedure he was supposed to do, but instead, I felt like I was told they would do it just so they could do the procedure they wanted to do, which was unnecessary and costly and put my medically fragile child at risk.
